Auralith is an online lifestyle apparel brand focused on creating products inspired by the relationship between people and their dogs.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, artwork, colours, descriptions, measurements, and photographs as accurately as possible.

However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on:

  • screen settings;

  • device display;

  • brightness;

  • photography;

  • lighting; and

  • display calibration.

Many Auralith products are produced using Print-on-Demand / made-to-order production.

Because of the nature of garment manufacturing and printing, reasonable minor variations may occur in:

  • garment measurements;

  • print positioning;

  • print colour;

  • colour appearance; and

  • other production characteristics.

Such reasonable minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

If a product is materially damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered or advertised, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • introduce new products;

  • discontinue products;

  • change available colours or sizes;

  • limit quantities;

  • modify collections; and

  • withdraw products from sale.

Seasonal and limited-edition collections may be available only for a limited period.

Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully placed and accepted.

5. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the website in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotional prices, discounts, and offers at any time.

Price changes will not normally affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed, except where there is an obvious pricing, technical, or system error and applicable law permits correction.

Any applicable charges will be shown during the purchasing process before the order is completed.

6. Taxes

Any taxes or statutory charges applicable to an order will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law.

Auralith will not represent or collect any amount specifically as a tax unless legally permitted or required to do so.

Where applicable, taxes, duties, or other statutory charges may be reflected during checkout or on relevant transaction documents.

7. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

  • suspected fraud;

  • unauthorized transactions;

  • incorrect pricing;

  • technical errors;

  • unavailable products;

  • incorrect customer information;

  • inability to fulfil the order; or

  • misuse of promotions or discount codes.

If we cancel a prepaid order after payment has been successfully received, any amount due to you will be refunded in accordance with the applicable payment and refund process.

8. Made-to-Order Products

Many Auralith products are created specifically after an order is placed.

Production may therefore begin shortly after your order is confirmed.

For this reason, cancellations, modifications, size changes, colour changes, and change-of-mind returns may not be possible once production has started.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.

9. Size Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product size chart before placing an order.

Because our products may be made to order, selecting an incorrect size does not automatically qualify the product for a return or free exchange.

If we deliver a size different from the size ordered, or if there is a material manufacturing defect, please contact Auralith according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Payments

We may provide one or more payment methods through third-party payment service providers.

Depending on availability, these may include:

  • UPI;

  • debit cards;

  • credit cards;

  • net banking;

  • wallets;

  • Cash on Delivery; and

  • other supported payment methods.

Payment availability may change without notice.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers and may therefore also be subject to their respective terms, security procedures, and privacy practices.

Auralith does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order or location.

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available for eligible orders and delivery locations.

We reserve the right to:

  • restrict COD availability;

  • verify COD orders;

  • contact customers for order confirmation;

  • limit COD for certain locations, products, or order values; or

  • disable COD where there is a reasonable risk of fraud, repeated refusal, or misuse.

Customers placing COD orders should ensure that they are available to accept the shipment.

12. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered through third-party courier and fulfilment partners.

Estimated production and delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates and may be affected by circumstances including:

  • courier delays;

  • weather;

  • public holidays;

  • festivals;

  • operational disruptions;

  • incorrect addresses;

  • remote delivery locations;

  • force majeure events; and

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil and deliver orders within communicated timelines.

Nothing in this section limits remedies available to consumers where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

This includes:

  • recipient name;

  • mobile number;

  • house/flat number;

  • street;

  • locality;

  • city;

  • state; and

  • PIN code.

Please contact us immediately if you discover an error.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Additional charges may apply for re-shipping where delivery fails because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied by the customer.

14. Failed Delivery and Return to Origin

An order may be returned to the fulfilment facility when delivery cannot be completed because of circumstances such as:

  • customer unavailability;

  • customer being unreachable;

  • incorrect or incomplete address;

  • refusal to accept delivery; or

  • repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Where the failure results from incorrect customer information, refusal, or circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipment is requested.

15. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Where a customer receives a verified:

  • damaged product;

  • defective product;

  • materially misprinted product;

  • incorrect product;

  • incorrect variant; or

  • product materially different from what was ordered or advertised,

Auralith will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our policy and applicable consumer law.

16. Promotions, Offers and Discount Codes

Auralith may periodically provide:

  • discount codes;

  • launch offers;

  • seasonal promotions;

  • bundle discounts;

  • limited-time offers; or

  • other promotional benefits.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • discount codes may have eligibility requirements;

  • promotions may have expiry dates;

  • multiple discounts may not be combinable;

  • promotions may apply only to selected products; and

  • offers may be withdrawn or modified prospectively.

Orders involving fraudulent or abusive use of promotions may be cancelled where legally permissible.

  • reproduce original Auralith artwork for commercial purposes;

  • manufacture or sell unauthorized copies of our designs;

  • copy substantial original website content for commercial use;

  • falsely represent yourself as Auralith; or

  • use our original materials in a manner that infringes applicable intellectual-property rights.

Nothing in these Terms represents that any particular trademark is registered unless expressly stated.

18. User Content, Reviews and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, comments, feedback, or other content to Auralith, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.

We may ask for your permission before using identifiable customer photographs or similar customer-created content in promotional materials where appropriate.

You must not submit content that:

  • is fraudulent or misleading;

  • contains malicious software;
