Delivery Timeline
Orders across India are generally delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on:
- delivery location,
- courier availability,
- public holidays,
- weather conditions,
- and operational factors.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, especially if the product is temporarily unavailable or during high-demand periods.
For certain regions such as Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Delivered but Not Received?
In rare situations where the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the customer has not received the package, we recommend checking with:

- neighbours,
- roommates,
- security staff,
- or office reception/mail rooms.
If the package is genuinely missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
We will immediately raise the issue with the courier partner and conduct an investigation. Resolution timelines may take up to 10 working days.
In verified genuine cases, a full refund or appropriate resolution will be provided.
Please note that requests reported after the 48-hour window may be difficult to investigate, and Auralith may not be liable for the loss.
