At AuralithFind Your Aura ✨ — we aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange & Return Guidelines

  • All exchange or return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
  • If you receive:
    • the wrong product,
    • a defective item,
    • or face a size issue,
      you may request an exchange within the eligible time period.
  • We offer free size exchanges and exchanges for incorrect products received.
  • In eligible exchange cases, we can arrange a reverse pickup service at no additional cost.
  • If the exchanged product has a higher value than the original purchase, the customer must pay the difference amount online.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags and sticker labels must remain attached.
  • The item should be properly folded and securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Products failing these conditions may not be eligible for exchange or return.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in genuine cases involving:

  • damaged products,
  • defective items,
  • or incorrect orders delivered.

Include:

  • your Order ID,
  • issue details,
  • and clear photographs of the product.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or the bank account provided by the customer.


Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, print placement, or design may occur due to photography, screen settings, and production processes. Such minor variations are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • If, upon verification, the issue is found to be caused by misuse, improper handling, or customer-related damage, the request may be declined.
  • Please do not accept visibly damaged packages during delivery.
  • Exchange or return requests are processed only once per order.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or using discount coupons may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Used or washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Free exchange is available for size issues; however, refunds are not applicable for size-related concerns.
  • Auralith reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return request if the product does not meet the policy conditions.
